I specialize in working with adolescents, first and second generation immigrants, queer and gender expansive youth, teachers and educators, parents, and neurodivergent people of all ages.  I speak English and Spanish and am especially fond of working with men and boys who are skeptical of therapy.

I have experience supporting folks experiencing anxiety, depression, complex and acute trauma, attachment wounds, grief, and relationship and parenting challenges.

At this time I am accepting adolescent and adult clients age 12 and up for both in-person and virtual therapy. In-person sessions are located at The Nest offices in south Minneapolis.
